- Video Assembly: Composite green-screen/transparent AI avatars onto AI-generated virtual studio backgrounds.
- Create fast-paced, engaging educational videos using AI-generated voiceovers, avatars, backgrounds, and infographics.
- Design on-screen graphics, text pop-ups, charts, educational infographics, and visual explainers.
- Follow dynamic editing principles with visual changes, graphics, or cutaways every 1015 seconds to maintain engagement.
- Mix TTS voiceovers, background music, and sound effects for qualified-quality educational videos.
- Generate and style accurate auto-captions and subtitles for all video content.
- Create reusable templates for intros, title cards, transitions, educational segments, and facilitator handoffs.
- Optimize videos and graphics for YouTube, social media, mobile devices, TVs, and digital learning platforms.
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to produce high-quality EdTech content.
- Handle multiple video/design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content creation.
- Advanced proficiency in CapCut Desktop , including chroma keying, auto-captions, transitions, keyframes,



and rapid video assembly.
- Strong skills in Canva for creating educational infographics, presentation graphics, and transparent-background assets.
- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Luma Dream Machine, Midjourney, Imagen , or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of green-screen compositing, dynamic typography, visual hierarchy, pacing, and audio synchronization .
- Portfolio demonstrating fast-paced video editing, motion graphics, infographics, and/or educational content .
- Experience with EdTech, YouTube, explainer videos, or social-media content is an added advantage.
- Good communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new AI video, image, voice, and content-generation tools .
