Job Summary

We are looking for a tech-savvy and AI-curious person to join FLC as an AI Technology Specialist. You will work across AI, automation, technology, and digital projects. The role is not limited to CRM. You may work on internal tools, websites, business applications, AI assistants, automation workflows, reporting systems, and other digital products.

Requirements

- Fresher or 0-2 years of experience.

- Robust interest in AI, technology, and automation.

- Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills.

- Quick learner who can independently research and learn new technologies.

- Basic understanding of programming, web development, or databases is preferred.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to understand a business problem and think of a practical technology-based solution.

- Curious about using AI to reduce manual work and improve business processes.

- Proactive and willing to experiment with new tools.

Responsibilities

- Work with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude.

- Assist in building, improving, testing, and debugging FLCs digital products and applications.

- Explore AI tools, APIs,



automation platforms, and emerging technologies.

- Research new AI tools and identify how they can be useful for FLC.

- Identify repetitive business processes that can be improved or automated.

- Assist with websites, web applications, internal tools, AI assistants, and other digital products.

- Support API integrations, databases, and other technology-related tasks.

- Test new features, identify bugs, reproduce issues, and verify fixes.

- Participate in UAT and post-deployment testing.

- Maintain basic technical documentation, SOPs, and process documentation.

- Research different solutions and help evaluate whether something should be built, purchased, integrated, or automated.

- Keep learning and stay updated with new AI and technology trends.
