Role Description: The Alliances Manager is responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships that support Cloudstrats' AI platforms and solutions. This role owns end-to-end Partner Relationship Management (PRM) — including new OEM identification, onboarding, and partnership lifecycle management — and involves identifying potential alliance partners, negotiating partnership terms, and nurturing long-term relationships with technology vendors, OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise customers.

The Alliances

Manager will collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market plans, drive revenue through partner-led opportunities, and ensure alignment between partner offerings and Cloudstrats' product roadmap. Day-to-day tasks include managing the PRM process and partner onboarding pipeline (agreements, certifications, portal access, compliance documentation), administering partner tiering and incentive programs (rebates, MDF, co-op funds), managing deal registration and co-selling workflows with OEMs to avoid channel conflict, business planning with partners, tracking performance against partnership objectives,



preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating partner enablement activities such as training and joint campaigns. The role also requires staying informed about market trends and competitor ecosystems to refine alliance strategies and maximize value for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Experience in Strategic Alliances and Business Alliances, with a proven ability to initiate, structure, and manage high-impact partnerships.
- Hands-on experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM), including managing the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through activation, performance tracking, and renewal.
- Proven experience in new OEM onboarding and partnership development — including vendor due diligence, agreement negotiation, technical/commercial alignment, and setting up partners on internal systems and processes.
- Experience managing partner tiering and incentive programs (e.g., rebates, Market Development Funds/MDF, co-op marketing funds) to drive partner engagement and performance.
- Experience with deal registration and co-selling processes with OEMs and channel partners, including conflict resolution and pipeline visibility.
- Background in Strategic Partnerships and Business Planning, including developing joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Robust Communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, present complex ideas clearly, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in technology, SaaS, AI, or enterprise solutions ecosystems is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with PRM tools/platforms and partner portals for tracking deal registration, enablement content, and partner performance is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market and partner data, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
