Job Summary

As a result, we are seeking a talented AI Product Specialist to join our product team. Youll be interacting with leading universities, research organizations, and pharma companies across the globe. Responsibilities

- Define customer requirements, including workflow analysis, understanding customer needs, and translating them into product and AI use cases.

- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, technologies, LLMs, automation solutions, AI agents, automation and industry trends relevant to LIMS and life sciences.

- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to scope, develop, implement and improve AI-powered product features based on customer and business needs.

- Deliver data-driven recommendations for product and AI enhancements.

- Communicate extensively with scientists across the globe, conduct product training, and showcase the product according to user specifications.

- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and usability.

- Create use cases, technical documentation, and test plans to support product development and implementation.

Requirements

- Qualification: M.Tech./M.Sc. in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.

- Minimum 23+ years of experience in LIMS/LIS, laboratory software implementation.

- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging AI technologies.





- Good knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, AI Agents, Predictive Analytics, and anomaly detection.

- Experience integrating AI solutions with existing LIMS applications.

- Understanding of data security, audit trails, and regulated laboratory environments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to understand complex workflows and convert them into structured requirements.

- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Valuable to Have

- Exposure to Generative AI or LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.

- Basic understanding of prompt engineering.

- Experience experimenting with AI tools for productivity or automation.

- Knowledge of Python, APIs, SQL, or data analysis.

- Understanding of AI concepts such as RAG, embeddings, AI agents, or model evaluation.

- Experience in clinical diagnostics, biorepository or analytical testing LIMS Implementation.

- Experience with SaaS products or software implementation.

- Experience creating test cases, user stories, or functional requirements.
