We are looking for exceptional AI/ML Engineers who want to solve hard problems and build world-class AI products at scale.

Responsibilities:

- Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Build and optimize ASR, NLP, LLM, voice AI, and multimodal AI systems.
- Develop scalable AI pipelines for training, inference, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Work on model compression, quantization, distillation, and edge deployment.
- Improve model accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Build data pipelines, labeling workflows, and evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, speech technology, and machine learning.





Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Experience with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, speech processing, or computer vision.
- Robust understanding of model architectures, optimization techniques, and evaluation methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience building production-grade AI systems.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, agents, ASR, TTS, diarization, or voice AI.
- Contributions to research publications, patents, open-source projects, or AI competitions.
- Experience with CUDA, ONNX, Triton, model serving, or edge deployment.
