We are looking for an AI Operations & Automation Specialist who has the strategic vision to identify operational bottlenecks across a media business and the technical skills to build and deploy solutions. Working on-site in Mumbai, you will bridge technical execution with business needs across accounting, video cataloging, and channel analytics.

What You’ll Do

- Workflow Audit & AI Spotting: Map existing processes across video ops, back-office accounting, and channel management to identify high-leverage opportunities for automation.
- Corporate & Accounting Automations: Build custom scripts and workflows (Python, n8n, Make, APIs) to automate invoice processing, royalty tracking, budget logs, and vendor payout data.
- Media Cataloging Systems: Build lightweight AI pipelines using LLMs and vision APIs to automatically ingest, tag, catalog, and index thousands of video assets across cloud storage.
- Analytics & Competitor Tracking: Set up automated reporting pipelines (via YouTube Data API, Meta Graph API,



Social Blade, vidIQ) to fetch performance data, track competitor metrics, and alert leadership to viral outliers.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work directly with accounting, creative, and distribution teams to train staff on AI tools and ensure smooth adoption of automated processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Work Mode: In office only at our Mumbai office.
- Overall Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software, automation, or technical operations.
- Strategic & Hands-On: Proven ability to analyze operational workflows, identify where AI creates leverage, and execute functional solutions independently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills—able to clearly explain technical systems to non-technical stakeholders (finance, creative, executives).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, workflow automation engines (n8n, Airflow, Make), and API integrations (REST, JSON, Webhooks).
- Domain Awareness: Familiarity with the YouTube/social media ecosystem, metadata structures, and back-office media operations.
