Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Optimization Specialist to develop and implement strategies that improve the company’s visibility, discoverability, and performance across AI-powered search platforms and digital channels

.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement AI Optimization (AIO) strategies for improving brand visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.

- Optimize website content for AI search, conversational search, and generative AI platforms .

- Conduct keyword, topic, competitor, and search-intent research.
- Optimize website content, FAQs, blogs, product/service pages, and other digital assets for AI-driven search.
- Improve content structure to increase the chances of being understood, referenced, and surfaced by AI search engines .

- Work closely with SEO, Content, Digital Marketing, and Technology teams .

- Monitor brand visibility and mentions across AI-powered platforms.
- Analyze search and performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Implement structured content and schema/structured-data best practices where required.
- Track emerging trends in Generative AI,



AI Search, LLMs, and Search Engine Optimization .

- Develop reports and dashboards to measure AIO/SEO performance.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis.
- Test recent AI tools and technologies to improve content discovery, search visibility, and digital performance.
- Ensure content follows search-engine and AI-platform best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of AI Optimization (AIO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and SEO .

- Hands-on experience with AI-powered search and LLM platforms .

- Strong knowledge of content optimization and search intent.
- Understanding of Google Search, GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools .

- Knowledge of structured data/schema markup.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and content strategy skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of emerging AI and digital marketing trends .

Qualification

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in SEO, AI Optimization, GEO, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working on AI search visibility/GEO projects will be highly preferred.
