Job Title: AI Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Analyst

We’re looking for a data-driven marketer who lives at the intersection of AI, lead generation, and performance marketing. You’ll design and optimize AI-powered campaigns across paid channels, build high-quality prospect pipelines, and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Run paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and optimize for CPL & ROAS
- Build & enrich prospect lists using AI tools and automation platforms
- Create AI-assisted ad copy, email sequences, and landing pages
- Track funnel metrics, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights
- Manage CRM data, lead scoring, and sales handoffs
- Automate repetitive tasks using AI + no-code tools

Qualification & Experience





- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or lead generation
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and marketing automation
- Practical knowledge of AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills + comfort with Excel/Sheets and data visualization
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
