About VideoForce.ai:

VideoForce.ai is an AI-driven growth system that helps brands source authentic creator content, identify winning moments & scale them into high-performing multi-creator ads.We work with modern performance marketing teams across creator sourcing, UGC content, ad variations, performance intelligence & creative experimentation.

The role You are the technical brain of the company who makes the calls a CTO makes — what we build, what we buy, what it costs, what ships this week.

Speed is the job. We ship agents in 6-week cycles, and the market moves faster than that. We need someone who prototypes in days, kills bad ideas early, and doesn't confuse architectural purity with progress. Time to market beats elegance here, every time.

Domain matters as much as engineering. You should understand why a hook rate matters, what makes a UGC ad convert, and why a creative director thinks in concepts and storylines. If video ads and performance marketing are foreign to you, this is the wrong role no matter how solid your systems background is.

What you'll own

- Agent architecture. Multi-agent orchestration, tool registries, LLM provider abstraction (Claude and Gemini today), conversation state, streaming. Agent-first is the design principle: services expose typed tools, agents call them.
- Platform infrastructure.





GCP end to end — GKE, Cloud SQL, Redis, Pub/Sub, Kong, Argo Workflows, OpenSearch at 20M profile scale, GPU rendering and generative video pipelines. You are accountable for production.

- Cost. You are the source of truth on unit economics of inference and rendering.

Per-ad cost is a product decision, and you own the number.

- Velocity. Scope gating, build-vs-buy calls, ruthless prioritization. Your bias is ship, measure, iterate.
- The team. Grow pod leads, unblock engineers, kill cross-pod bottlenecks.

Push ownership down; don't become the bottleneck yourself.

What we're looking for
- You've built and run LLM-powered systems in production — agents, orchestration, evals. Demos don't count.
- Domain depth in video, creative, adtech, or performance marketing. You know what a winning ad looks like and can talk to a performance marketer in their own vocabulary.
- CTO-level judgment: you've made architecture, hiring, and cost decisions where the company lived with the consequences.
- Proven speed.

You can point to things you took from idea to production in weeks, not quarters.

- Deep cloud experience (GCP preferred): Kubernetes, managed databases, message queues, API gateways
- You've led 8 engineers and can say no to stakeholders without slowing the team down

Nice to have
- Video/media pipeline experience (transcoding, rendering, generative video APIs — Veo, Runway, etc.)
- Search infrastructure at scale (OpenSearch/Elasticsearch)
- Early-stage startup experience where you were the last line of defense on production
