Role Description The Full Stack Engineering Intern will support the design, development, and maintenance of Tavco Growth’s AI-first CRM and related internal tools. In this internship role, the intern will work on both front-end and back-end features, write clean and testable code, integrate APIs, and help improve system performance and reliability. Daily tasks include collaborating with product and data teams to understand requirements,



implementing user interfaces and server-side logic, debugging issues, and contributing to documentation and code reviews.

The position is hybrid, with primary work based in Navi Mumbai and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with at least one front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
- Hands-on knowledge of back-end development using Node.js, Python, or similar server-side technologies.
- Understanding of relational or NoSQL databases and basic data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party services.
- Comfort with version control tools such as Git and cooperative development workflows.
- Basic exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) or deployment pipelines is an advantage.
- Interest in AI-driven products, data-intensive systems, and performance optimization.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
