AI Full Stack Software Developer (Ocean Hub Services)

Schlumberger (SLB) is seeking an experienced AI Full Stack Software Developer to design, build, and maintain innovative applications and internal tools that leverage Artificial Intelligence to accelerate software development, improve user productivity, and automate business workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience developing AI-powered solutions, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and delivering end-to-end web applications. This role requires a proactive engineer who can rapidly prototype ideas, transform concepts into production-ready solutions, and effectively utilize AI-assisted development practices.

Must Have Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- React (preferred)
- Node.js or .NET
- REST APIs
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience building AI/GenAI applications.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
- Experience with source control, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern development practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Positive To Have Skills

- Experience with Python, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frame works.




- Experience developing AI copilots and autonomous workflows.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with DevOps and cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with software engineering governance, security, and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and internal productivity tools.
- Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
- Develop full-stack solutions including frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Create AI agents, copilots, workflow automations, and intelligent assistants.
- Integrate enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party services.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase engineering productivity and code quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform requirements into working solutions.
- Ensure security, scalability, maintainability, and performance of developed applications.
- Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
