Role Description The AI Developer role at SkyAI Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur Nagar. In this role, the AI Developer designs, develops, and deploys AI models and algorithms for applications in computer vision, machine learning, and IoT-enabled systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and optimizing neural network architectures, building and integrating pattern recognition and NLP components, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The AI Developer also tests and evaluates models,



monitors performance in production, documents technical work, and participates in code reviews and architecture discussions to ensure robust, scalable implementations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and coding best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, with the ability to design, train, and optimize models.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools for building language-aware applications.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python, Java, or C++) and relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with Machine Learning workflows, model evaluation, and deployment to production environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Kanpur Nagar, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and manage tasks independently.
- Experience with IoT platforms, cloud services, or enterprise SaaS products is a plus, along with an interest in continuous learning in AI and emerging technologies.
