Persistent is an AI-led Digital Engineering and Enterprise Modernization partner working with leading global organizations. They seek an AI Agentforce Developer to design and deploy autonomous AI agents using Salesforce technologies.

Role: AI Agent force Developer

Location: Pune

Experience

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience implementing and developing Salesforce custom solutions

Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered autonomous agents using Agentforce, Agent Script, Agent Builder, and Agentforce DX
- Build intelligent, action-driven agents capable of executing CRM tasks across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Support functions
- Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Flows, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP-based web services
- Analyze business requirements and propose scalable technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices
- Support code versioning, documentation, CI/CD processes, data governance, and platform consistency
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical peers to convert manual processes into automation

Additional Responsibilities

- Ensure strong understanding of Salesforce security, scalability, governor limits, and best practices
- Maintain a collaborative mindset, proactive attitude,



and effective communication with business and technical stakeholders
