- Location: Kotdwar, Uttarakhand

- Project: Soilless Polyhouse

? Employment: Full-Time

- Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage crop growth under soilless/polyhouse conditions
- Develop and implement crop nutrition and management practices
- Monitor plant health, pests, diseases, and environmental conditions
- Manage irrigation and fertigation schedules
- Maintain crop health, production, and field records




- Analyze crop performance and recommend corrective measures

? Eligibility &

- Skills

- Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field
- Knowledge of hydroponics, soilless farming, or protected cultivation will be an advantage
- Good understanding of crop nutrition, plant health, irrigation, and crop management
- Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for modern, sustainable, and technology-driven agriculture
