- Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in rural enterprise development, agribusiness, livelihoods, entrepreneurship development or related areas
- Experience in enterprise development, business planning, market linkages, financial literacy & capacity building

- Key Responsibilities
- Develop & implement rural enterprise development strategies
- Identify viable enterprise opportunities across farm, allied & non-farm sectors
- Support training and capacity building of women entrepreneurs
- Facilitate market, financial,
government scheme & ecosystem linkages
- Strengthen enterprise performance through business diagnostics & mentoring
- Document enterprise models, best practices, outcomes & lessons for scale

- Key Requirements
- Strong understanding of rural entrepreneurship & enterprise development models
- Excellent facilitation, training, mentoring & stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to provide linkages and support to entrepreneurs
- Solid documentation, reporting & presentation skills
