Farm Setup: 4 Acres Soil + 1 Acre Soilless

Salary: As per industry standards, based on experience and skills

- Main Role

Manage and monitor crop production across soil and soilless cultivation systems, ensuring healthy crop growth, productivity, and efficient farm operations.

- Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage day-to-day crop production activities.

- Monitor crop health, growth, yield, and overall productivity.

‣
- Manage soil and soilless cultivation practices.

‣
- Oversee irrigation, fertigation, nutrition, and crop protection.

- Identify and manage pest, disease,



and crop-related issues.

- Maintain crop records and support farm planning and reporting.

- Eligibility

Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience in agronomy, crop management, soil-based farming, protected cultivation, or soilless agriculture are preferred.
