Position- Deputy General Manager (AGM/ DGM) – Marketing

Reporting To- Chief Executive Officer (MD, CEO)

Location- Delhi / NCR

Experience- 15+ Years

Industry Preference- Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Structural Steel Structures, HeavyIndustry Preference, Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Structural Steel Structures, Heavy Fabrication, Industrial Construction, Infrastructure Projects.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
- Identify and secure current business opportunities in the PEB, industrial, warehousing, logistics, infrastructure, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.
- Generate leads through consultants, architects, project management consultants (PMCs), contractors, and direct clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into orders.
- Participate in techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Tendering & Proposal Management




- Coordinate with estimation, design, and commercial teams for preparation of competitive proposals.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Lead bid strategy discussions and ensure timely submission of proposals.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) preferred; MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Structural Steel Structures, Heavy Fabrication, Industrial Construction, Infrastructure Projects.
- Proven track record of securing large industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of PEB/ Structural design concepts, costing, tendering, and project execution processes.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
