Role Description The Agile Coach will be responsible for guiding teams and stakeholders at Esse India toward effective adoption of Agile principles and practices. This full time, on-site role in Abroad includes facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching cross-functional teams, and supporting leadership in building an Agile mindset across the organization. Day-to-day tasks involve assessing current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing iterative processes to enhance collaboration, transparency, and delivery.

The Agile

Coach will work closely with consulting teams to apply Agile and design thinking approaches to client engagements, helping streamline internal operations and improve service quality. This role also includes mentoring team members, providing training sessions, and supporting continuous learning to sustain Agile culture and practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Agile Leadership and Agile Coaching to guide teams and leaders in adopting Agile ways of working.




- Candidates should possess skills in Coaching and Consulting to support individuals and groups, facilitate change, and advise on best practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Design Thinking to help structure problem-solving, improve client experiences, and enhance service delivery.
- Experience applying Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) in professional environments, preferably in consulting or service-oriented organizations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change, foster continuous improvement, and support a culture of learning and experimentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, IT, Management, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Agile Coach, Scrum Master, SAFe certifications) are highly beneficial.
