Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales revenue through partnerships with insurance companies.
- Manage a team of field sales representatives to achieve targets and expand the agency's customer base.
- Identify current business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals that drive growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-13 years of experience in channel sales or related field (insurance industry preferred).
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including products, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
