Position Purpose: Lead hands-on implementation across AEM Guides configuration and publishing enablement; mentor developers, own complex troubleshooting, and drive quality and release readiness on AEM as a Cloud Service.

Primary Responsibilities:

Own complex Guides configuration and technical problem-solving across environments.

Mentor developers; drive design and code reviews; enforce standards for stability and maintainability.

Partner with DevOps for release planning and with QA for defect triage, verification, and publishing parity coverage.

Contribute to testability, operational readiness, and quality gates alignment.

Additional Responsibilities:

Support cutover and hypercare deployments and rapid stabilization.

Organizational responsibilities:





Build reusable patterns and knowledge assets for Guides delivery.

Technical Competencies:

Robust troubleshooting and debugging skills across authoring, publishing, and environment issues.

Ability to lead technical execution and mentor team members.

Experience collaborating with DevOps and QA for release cycles.
