The AGM - Delivery Technology, South Asia is responsible for the day-to-day management and governance of delivery technology operations across the South Asia region. The role leads the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital solutions that support distribution and delivery operations, ensuring high system reliability, operational efficiency, and business value realization. The incumbent will be accountable for driving digitalization initiatives across the distribution network, including project planning, deployment, adoption, and post-implementation support.

The role will also oversee technology-enabled monitoring of distribution safety performance, ensuring effective use of digital tools, analytics, and reporting mechanisms to identify risks, improve visibility, and support proactive decision-making. In addition, the AGM will be responsible for replicating successful technology solutions and digital projects across regions, supporting the onboarding of new markets onto standardized platforms and processes, and facilitating the sharing of best practices to accelerate digital transformation and operational excellence across South Asia.

- You will be responsible for Digitalization &
- AI Strategy in Distribution and drive the regional digitalization and AI roadmap aligned with business and operational priorities &
- Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies, automation, advanced analytics, and AI to improve performance and efficiency
- You will collaborate with business stakeholders to develop technology solutions that address operational challenges
- You will do Project Development &
- Implementation- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of digital and AI-based solutions & manage digital transformation projects from concept through implementation and value realization
- And you will ensure solutions are scalable,



sustainable, and aligned with global and regional standards
- AI &
- Advanced Analytics & you will Drive the adoption of AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation solutions across operations
- You will be responsible for Develop dashboards, performance monitoring systems, and data-driven insights to support decision-making & to enhance operational visibility through real-time data and analytics platforms
- You will be responsible for Replication &
- Regional Onboarding and lead replication of successful digitalization and AI initiatives across countries and regions & support onboarding of recent markets onto standardized digital platforms, tools, and processes, further establish governance mechanisms to ensure consistency, scalability, and sustainability of deployed solutions
- You will manage the Transport Operation Centre software & services management as per business requirements / changes &
- AOP fulfilment &
- Idea generation in technological upgrade for Deliver and Bringing in new technologies in Distribution with measured and productive improvement
- You will work on Distribution KPI improvement through Fleet Control Room
- Managing Applications like LMS/PDMS/TOC /Tableau & other deliver systems as an Admin (including Role & access management) You will be Maintaining Telematics Reliabilit , Maintenance of running /upcoming projects
- You will generate Weekly/Monthly Performance Dashboard &
- MIS reports (ex. DRP / HOS / JSO/ Other reliability dashboard /IT &
- Process Audit preparation & fulfillment

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

- You have a degree of B. Tech/Be ( IT /Computers) with five to seven (5-7) years experience in Telematics or similar industry
- SAP Hana S4
- You have knowledge in Digitalization / Technological Project Management and Lean Six Sigma Productivity
