Job Title: 3D Visualizer – Design Technology

Location: Hyderabad

Role Purpose

- We are seeking a highly experienced Visualization Innovation & AI Technology Specialist to lead the exploration, evaluation, testing, and implementation of emerging visualization technologies, AI-driven workflows, and advanced digital tools within our architectural design environment.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for researching industry developments, identifying cutting-edge solutions, troubleshooting visualization challenges, optimizing workflows, and introducing new technologies that enhance productivity, quality, and creativity across the organization.
- While this role requires strong architectural visualization expertise, its primary focus is innovation, R&D;, AI integration, and technology advancement rather than day-to-day production rendering.

Key Responsibilities:

Innovation & Research

- Continuously research emerging visualization technologies and industry developments.
- Evaluate and test new AI-powered software, plugins, workflows, and automation tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve design visualization processes through innovation.
- Recommend and implement new technologies that increase efficiency and visual quality.
- Stay updated on advancements in AI, Generative Design, Digital Twins, Real-Time Visualization, VR/AR, and automation.

AI & Technology Development

- Lead the implementation of AI-powered workflows across visualization and design teams.
- Research AI tools for image generation, rendering, animation, video production, and productivity enhancement.
- Develop best practices for integrating AI into architectural visualization workflows.
- Explore automation opportunities using AI agents, machine learning tools, and workflow optimization technologies.





Technical Support & Troubleshooting

- Act as the organization's subject matter expert for visualization technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex rendering, software, workflow, and pipeline issues.
- Resolve technical challenges involving rendering engines, AI tools, and visualization platforms.
- Provide recommendations to improve system performance and workflow efficiency.

Visualization Expertise

- Support the creation of high-end architectural visualizations when required.
- Review visualization quality standards and technical workflows.
- Develop visualization strategies for architectural presentations and competitions.
- Create advanced animations and visual storytelling content.
- Produce digital matte paintings and conceptual visual assets when needed.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Architectural Visualization.
- Strong experience in Interior and Exterior Architectural Visualization.
- Proven experience in technology research and workflow development.
- Demonstrated passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
