- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of AC and HVAC systems.

- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair split AC, cassette AC, package units, AHU, FCU, and other HVAC equipment.

- Monitor and maintain proper temperature and cooling levels in guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, offices, and public areas.

- Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, gas recovery, and related AC maintenance activities.

- Check and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, thermostats, control panels, and electrical components.

- Attend guest-room and departmental AC complaints promptly.

- Maintain daily maintenance records, logbooks, and equipment checklists.

- Conduct regular preventive maintenance as per the hotel's maintenance schedule.





- Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, spare parts, and refrigerants.

- Coordinate with the Engineering team during major repairs and equipment servicing.

- Follow hotel safety procedures and applicable electrical/HVAC safety standards.

- Respond to emergency maintenance calls and breakdowns when required.

- Ensure cleanliness and good housekeeping of engineering areas and equipment rooms.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
