QA Automation Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Automation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of modern SaaS, web, and mobile applications through advanced automation and smart testing practices.

Required Skills

- 3–5+ years of experience in QA Automation for SaaS, web, and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong hands-on experience in Mobile Automation Testing (Mandatory & Primary) using Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in Web Automation Testing (Secondary) using Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
- Experience testing native, hybrid, and mobile web applications across Android and iOS platforms.
- Ability to design, develop,



and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications.
- Strong experience in API testing and automation using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.
- Positive understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, and Jira.
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter, K6, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of application security testing concepts.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI-driven testing platforms such as Testim, Mabl, or similar solutions.
- Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms such as LambdaTest or BrowserStack.
- Experience integrating Playwright and mobile automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in performance testing for distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
- Experience mentoring junior QA engineers and promoting QA best practices across teams.

Nice to have :
- Experience with both Android and iOS mobile automation.
