- Lead Pre-Sales with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, T& L, Workforce Management
- Understand customer requirements and present Solutions/POV
- Own Response to RFP, RFI
- SME on HCM modules
- Own, Prepare and Deliver Product Demos, POCs and Solution presentations independently
- Support GTM initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales/Vertical Team
- Willing to Travel on short term – essential
- Good communication skills
