Prosper Overseas is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for helping students, and an interest in building a career in the overseas education industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals.
- Guide students through suitable study abroad options and programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Support students throughout the counseling and admission process.
- Work towards assigned targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records and updates of student interactions.

Requirements

- Experience: 0–2 years in Counseling, Sales, Customer Relationship Management,



or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
