- Achieve branch-level JEE targets through effective planning and execution of regional marketing and sales strategies.
- Plan and implement marketing activities within the assigned region to drive enrollments and brand visibility.
- Champion the complete student lifecycle including prospecting, counseling, admissions, orientation, and post-admission support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school Principals, Coordinators, and Management personnel for sustained business generation.
- Conduct school seminars, open town seminars, residential apartment (township) programs, and corporate outreach sessions.
- Identify new market segments and tap profitable business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship between Academic teams and Branch teams to ensure high engagement and seamless execution.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify current opportunities to achieve monthly targets and Annual Business Plan (ABP) across all parameters.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports as per business requirements and conduct competition tracking.
- Organize and participate in relevant events and promotional activities to increase market share.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
