Role Description The Admissions Specialist UK is a full-time, in office role based in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for guiding prospective students through the UK admissions process, including initial counseling, course and university selection, application preparation, and documentation support.

The Admissions

Specialist will conduct consultations, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information on entry requirements, timelines, and visa-related considerations. They will liaise with universities, recruitment partners, and internal teams to track applications, follow up on pending cases,



and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, achieving recruitment targets, participating in events or information sessions, and providing high-quality customer service to students and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with students, partners, and institutions.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and maintaining a professional and supportive approach.
- Sales and Student Recruiting experience, ideally within education or international admissions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Understanding of the Education sector, especially UK higher education systems, courses, and admission requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or business is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or student management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
