Counselling &
- Admissions:
- Counsel parents and students about online tuition programs and available courses.
- Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about courses, programs, and learning options.
- Follow up with prospective parents and students regularly.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments.
- Build positive relationships with parents and students throughout the admission process.
Sales &
- Lead Conversion
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Handle objections and address parent concerns professionally.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to maximize lead conversion.
- Track lead status and identify opportunities for enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
