We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process, represent our institution, and manage student enrolments.

- Counselling & Guidance: Interact with prospective students and parents via phone, email, or in-person to provide detailed information about academic programs, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and campus facilities.

- Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries and leads, maintain accurate records in the system, and actively convert inquiries into active admissions.

- Process Coordination: Assist candidates with form completion, document verification, fee collection, and overall onboarding requirements.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in counselling, student recruitment, or academic administration.
- Skills: Robust persuasive communication, active listening, proficiency in managing CRM/database entry, and a client-focused approach.

Competitive Compensation: Salary package ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month based on experience.
