As an Accounts Receivables Executive, you'll be the backbone of our financial operations, helping to ensure that all transactions related to tuition fees are handled smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do

- Sending Invoices: You'll be responsible for preparing and sending out student invoices and billing for other services on time, so our financial records stay accurate.
- Chasing Payments: We need someone who's not afraid to pick up the phone or send friendly reminders to ensure timely payments from our students. Your job will involve making calls, sending emails, and leaving messages to follow up on outstanding dues.
- Problem Solving: When billing issues arise, you'll step in to resolve them quickly and efficiently. This might involve processing refunds or finding creative solutions to keep revenue flowing smoothly.
- Reporting: You'll help keep everyone in the loop by preparing weekly reports on fee collections, making sure we're on track to meet our goals.




- Team Collaboration: We believe in working together to achieve success. You'll collaborate closely with your team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for improving our collections process.
- Financial Reconciliation: You'll assist in reconciling bank accounts and preparing reports to ensure our financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Support: From time to time, you'll provide ad-hoc support to management as needed, taking on additional tasks or projects as directed.

The requirements: Bachelor’s degree.

Highest standard of integrity.

Good Interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure with minimum discrepancies to meet deadlines.

Ability to work in flexible timings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
