What You'll Own

Accounts & Finance

Independently verify and validate the work delivered by our external accounting team

Audit ledgers, invoices, payments, and reconciliations, catching discrepancies before they compound

Own visibility into receivables, payables, and cash flow, giving leadership a real-time, accurate picture at all times

Maintain audit-ready financial records and documentation

Drive accuracy and timeliness on GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, working closely with our external accounting team

Recovery & Collections

Own end-to-end recovery of overdue B2B payments - from the first reminder to the conversation that closes it out

Use your ownership of the receivables ledger to your advantage: know exactly who owes what and why, and run a disciplined follow-up cadence across calls, emails, and written notices

Calibrate your approach per account - patience for a valuable client hitting a rough patch, real pressure for one that's stalling





Negotiate payment plans and settlements that protect the company without burning relationships that don't need burning

Escalate chronic defaulters through the right internal and legal channels when conversation stops working

Reporting

Deliver periodic financial and collections reports that give management a reliable basis for decisions

Maintain clean aging reports and a documented trail of every recovery conversation and commitment

What You Bring

Must-Have

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

3–5 years of experience across accounting, bookkeeping, or B2B accounts receivable/collections

Strong grasp of core accounting principles, GST, and TDS

Sharp negotiation and communication skills - persuasive and composed on a recovery call, precise on a reconciliation

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or equivalent)

Genuine persistence paired with attention to detail - equally comfortable spotting a ledger error and making the fifth follow-up call

Great to Have

Experience reviewing or auditing an external CA/accounting firm's work

Working knowledge of legal recourse for non-payment (demand notices, arbitration)

A track record of recovering written-off or long-overdue accounts
