Role Description The Accounts Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Coimbatore.

The Accounts

Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining general ledgers, preparing invoices, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping. This role will be responsible for preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, reconciling bank accounts, and supporting audits and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to track expenses, manage vendor payments,



and provide financial insights for management reporting and decision-making. The role also involves improving accounting processes, implementing controls, and supporting the finance team in planning and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting skills, including accounts payable/receivable management, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP tools, along with solid Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to corporate finance and the electronics or manufacturing sector.
- Ability to analyze financial data, monitor budgets, forecast cash flows, and provide clear, data-backed recommendations to management.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and auditors.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical financial practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar accounting/finance role, preferably within consumer electronics or manufacturing.
