Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in Vadodara. The Accountant will manage daily bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with payroll processing. The role also involves supporting tax compliance, preparing financial reports and MIS, and coordinating with auditors and external stakeholders as required. The Accountant will work closely with management to provide accurate financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making,



while ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks or similar) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable management, and invoice processing.
- Candidates should possess understanding of tax regulations, GST, TDS, and compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple financial tasks and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors.
- Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
