Role Description

Influxia Media is looking for an experienced Brand Partnership Manager to build a strong pipeline of brand partnerships and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have experience in brand outreach, influencer marketing, PR sales, or agency-side business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to brands, CMOs, marketing heads, brand managers, and PR teams.
- Generate and manage outbound leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Pitch influencer marketing, PR, crisis management, and digital perception services.




- Convert leads and conversations into successful business opportunities.
- Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands and agencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create relevant campaign proposals.
- Track leads, outreach, closures, and revenue.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in business development, brand outreach, influencer marketing, PR sales, or agency sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
- Existing network with brands, agencies, or marketing professionals is a plus.
- Good understanding of influencer marketing and the digital media ecosystem.
- Robust relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
