Job Summary

Deccan Nutraceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts

Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial planning and reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and oversee the monthly auditing of the Accounts team, including their day-to-

day activities and tasks, accounting operations and entries, and preparation of financial and MIS statements.

 Ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports are prepared and checked before presenting to the management.

 Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

 Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.

 Plan & Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.

 Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance Analysis Reports.

 Maintain Fixed Asset Registers and oversee Inventory Accounting.

 Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.

 Supervise and mentor the accounts team to improve efficiency and accuracy.

 Support management with financial analysis, MIS reports for strategic decision-making.

 Handle payroll accounting and statutory employee compliance, where applicable.

 Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance function.

 Mentoring Assistant Accounts Manager to grow and become Independent.

Required Qualifications





 Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, CA (Inter), CMA, or MBA (Finance)

preferred. CA/ Half CA required with any other degree.

 5–10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the nutraceutical,

pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.

 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act provisions, and statutory compliance.

 Proficiency in Tally ERP/TallyPrime, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel, Zoho Books,

ERPNext. Main Job would include in upgrading current systems, bringing in Automation,

locating and Eliminating time Vampires in the accounting systems.

 Experience in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and audit documentation.

Preferred Experience

 Experience in Manufacturing, Accounting & Auditing.

 Exposure to Inventory Accounting, Costing, and ERP-based Accounting Systems.

 Experience in handling Audits and Regulatory Inspections.
