Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process customer invoices, RA Bills, tax invoices, and related commercial documents within defined timelines.

- Coordinate with Project, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Site teams for timely invoice submission and resolution of billing issues.

- Monitor accounts receivable, outstanding payments, overdue receivables, retention, and payment holds

.

- Perform invoice-wise and payment-wise reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.

- Review supporting documents such as

IRN, MDCC, Packing List, Delivery Challan, GRN, BBU, and other project documentation before invoice processing.

- Track invoice submission, customer approvals, payment status, deductions, and collection commitments.

- Prepare

MIS reports, collection reports, ageing reports, and management dashboards

.

- Support

SAP-based accounting and commercial transactions

, including customer accounting and invoice-related activities.

- Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with concerned stakeholders for timely resolution.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements,



and applicable statutory requirements.

- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit, reconciliation, and management review

.

- Contribute to process improvement, digitization, cost optimization, and automation of commercial and accounting activities.

Desired Skills

- Strong knowledge of

Accounts Receivable, invoicing, reconciliation, collections, and commercial operations

.

- Working knowledge of

SAP FICO/MM and MS Excel.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong coordination and stakeholder-management abilities.

- Knowledge of

Power BI/MIS reporting would be an advantage.

- Ability to work effectively in a project/EPC setting and meet strict billing timelines.

Education & Experience

- PGDM & Import Export Management, or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

.

- Relevant experience in project accounting, commercial operations, accounts receivable, or EPC/project-based organizations preferred.
