Role Description This is a full-time, in office Academic Writer role based in Ludhiana, focused on academic content for MBA, MCA, and B.TECH domains.

The Academic

Writer will research topics across management, computer applications, and engineering, and develop structured academic materials such as assignments, case studies, project reports, articles, and learning resources.

Responsibilities include organizing information from credible sources, maintaining proper citations and academic integrity, and ensuring content is original, accurate, and aligned with institutional or client guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with the digital marketing and web content teams to ensure academic materials support broader content and marketing objectives, while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

The Academic

Writer will also review and revise existing academic content to improve clarity, coherence, and alignment with updated syllabi or industry practices.

Qualifications

- Relevant academic background such as MBA, MCA, B.Tech, or related degree, with strong understanding of academic writing standards and research methodologies.




- Demonstrated ability to research from scholarly and industry sources, synthesize information, and produce structured academic content (assignments, projects, case studies, reports).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent command of written English, grammar, and formatting for academic documents.
- Familiarity with citation styles (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago) and academic integrity principles, including proper referencing and avoidance of plagiarism.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (office productivity suites, online research databases) and willingness to collaborate with web design and digital marketing teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in academic writing, teaching assistance, curriculum development, or educational content creation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and interest in business, technology, or engineering domains.
