Role Overview We are looking for a Software Implementation Executive responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, onboarding, and ongoing support of the company’s software products.



The candidate will work closely with 1XL group companies and with clients to understand their requirements, configure and deploy software, train users, resolve implementation-related issues, and ensure smooth adoption of the software. Key Responsibilities Software Implementation Manage end-to-end implementation of different software products. Understand client requirements, business processes, and workflows. Configure software based on client requirements. Set up users, roles, permissions, workflows, and system settings. Coordinate with technical and development teams for customisation, integration, and technical requirements. Conduct system testing before client deployment. Manage software go-live and ensure smooth implementation. Client Onboarding & Training Conduct software demonstrations and client onboarding sessions.
