n The Role
nWe're looking for a UI/UX Designer to own user research, visual design, and prototyping shaping intuitive, delightful product experiences. This is a flexible, fully remote engagement.

n What You'll Do

- Conduct user research and apply design thinking to translate insights into product decisionsn
- Design clean, intuitive interfaces for mobile-first productsn
- Build high-fidelity prototypes and iterate quickly with the product teamn
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent visual design systemn

n What We're Looking For

- A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user research; years of experience don't matter, the work does.n
- Proficiency in visual design and UX fundamentalsn
- Hands-on expertise with Figma or Sketchn
- Comfort designing for mobile UIn
- Bonus: Experience designing B2B dashboardsn
