- Familiarity with supply chain, retail, or trade tech domainsn

- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, focused on end-user documentation, onboarding, and trainingn
- A portfolio of end-user documentation, onboarding, and training content you’ve created for a software productn
- Ability to extract and structure complex technical information from multiple sources with minimal guidancen




- Robust command of documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, MadCap Flare, or Paligo); video or training-authoring tools a plusn
- Experience building or overhauling a documentation system, not just maintaining onen
- Excellent written English, plus confident spoken English for narrating video tutorials and the ability to adapt or translate content into other languagesn
- Comfortable working across time zones with distributed, cross-functional stakeholdersn

- Own end-user documentation — user guides, how-to articles, in-app help, and release notes — keeping it accurate as the product evolvesn
