- Monitor AS400 jobs and system alerts, ensuring timely acknowledgment and basic troubleshooting.n
- Provide first-line support for incidents, service requests, and alerts related to Retail, ERP and Infrastructure systems, user access, and job failures.n
- Coordinate with end users and IT teams to gather issue details, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.n
- Experience in using basic AS400 commands and managing batch processes within the AS400 environmentn
- Follow defined escalation procedures, escalating unresolved or critical issues to Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 teams.n
- Log, track,



and update tickets in the ITSM/ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation.n
- Provide on-call support for priority incidents and urgent system issues as required.n
- Work in a 24x7 environment, ensuring flexibility for night shifts and weekend support.n
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and training programs to build expertise in ERP support.n
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring prompt and qualified responses to end users.n
