- Monitor applications and infrastructure using Splunk and Dynatrace.n
- Investigate and resolve production incidents and performance issues.n
- Support Java and Spring Boot backend applications.n
- Troubleshoot MongoDB-related data and application issues.n
- Assist with AWS deployments and cloud operations.n
- Perform log analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis.n
- Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.n
- Ensure application stability, availability, and performance.n

n Experience Required:

- n
- 2-4 years of experience in Software Engineering or Production Support.n
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.n
- Experience with Splunk for monitoring and log analysis.n
- Knowledge of Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.n
- Experience with MongoDB and database troubleshooting.n
- Exposure to AWS cloud services and production environments.n
- Solid problem-solving and incident management skills.n
- Production Support experience is preferred.n
