nThe client is specifically looking for professionals who have:

- Strong Oil & Gas or Energy Trading domain experience. n
- Hands-on experience in concepts like Upstream/ downstream, etc n
- Experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Consultant n
- Valuable understanding of the Energy Trading lifecycle and business processesn
- Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into functional solutionsn
- Exposure to business process improvement and digital transformation initiativesn
- Excellent stakeholder communication skillsn

nThey are not looking for candidates who have only implemented products like Endur, Allegro, Eka, SAP, etc. They are looking for consultants who understand the underlying Oil & Gas and Energy Trading business processes , not just the software.
