- 18+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Testing, and Technology Transformationn
- Proven track record leading large-scale QE transformation programs within the Airlines, Aviation, Travel, or Transportation domainn
- Deep expertise in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, and Digital Transformation initiativesn
- Robust understanding of airline technology ecosystems, including Reservations, Departure Control Systems, Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Loyalty, Revenue Management,



and Airport Operationsn
- Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and driving strategic business outcome.n
- Define and lead the QE transformation strategy across the enterprisen
- Drive AI/GenAI-led testing, test automation, and continuous quality initiativesn
- Build and scale high-performing global QE teamsn
- Establish quality governance, metrics, and engineering best practicesn
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to accelerate digital transformationn
- Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and Shift-Left quality practicesn
