What You'll Do
- Collect, clean, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support business and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.
- Create and maintain KPIs, performance metrics, and executive reporting dashboards.
- Validate data accuracy, consistency,



and quality across multiple data sources.
- Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse structured data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support data governance, documentation, and reporting best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Analytics Consultant.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
- Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
