About this Role
- 3+ years of hands-on UX research experience,



independently leading complex projects from scoping to delivery across one or more product charters.
- You'll work closely with Product and Design teams to plan and execute research at various depths and timelines — conducting in-field and remote research, synthesising findings, and socialise learnings within Porter
- This is not a supported IC role. Full outcome ownership is the expectation — from scoping the right questions, all the way through to insight implementation.
