Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Rapid Formula, Oracle HCM integrations, SQL/PLSQL, and HCM technical solutions .
The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on Fast Formula development and complex HR business rules . The role will involve working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle HCM Technical
- Design, develop, and support technical solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud .
- Work across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent , and related modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop technical specifications,



solution designs, and integration documents.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.

Fast Formula Development
- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM Fast Formulas based on business requirements.
- Create complex Fast Formulas for:
- Payroll calculations
- Absence and leave eligibility
- Compensation
- Benefits
- Validation and defaulting rules
- Eligibility profiles
- Assignment and employee-related business rules
- Debug and troubleshoot Fast Formula errors and calculation issues.
- Optimize existing formulas for performance and maintainability.
- Work with functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into appropriate Fast Formula logic.
- Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT for Fast Formula changes.

Oracle HCM Integrations
- Develop and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems.
- Work with REST/
