Hiring: E-commerce Vendor Operations Executive

nJaibros is looking for an E-commerce Vendor Operations Executive to manage our vendor and day-to-day e-commerce operations.
nWhat you’ll do:
n1. Manage with vendors for timely production, dispatch and deliveries.
n2. Handle e-commerce operations across marketplaces/website.
n3. Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners.
n4. Manage customer returns, refunds, replacements and related issues.
n5. Track orders, shipments and inventory and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
n6. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and logistics partners to resolve operational issues.
n7. Maintain proper records and follow up on pending orders, returns and payments.

nWhat we’re looking for:
n:- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations/vendor management.




n:- Prior experience handling vendors for an e-commerce business is preferred.
n:- Good understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, including shipping, returns, refunds, replacements and order fulfilment.
n:- Robust communication and follow-up skills.
n:- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
n:- Ability to independently manage day-to-day operational tasks.
