nWe are hiring a ServiceNow IRM Engineer for a premium client engagement with Amex. You will design, develop, and deploy Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring robust governance, risk, and compliance workflows.

nKey Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules – Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Managementn
- n
- Build and customize workflows, UI policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and ACLsn
- n
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and IntegrationHubn
- n
- Manage and maintain CMDB with CI-to-control mappingn
- n
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and use tools like Rallyn
- n
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testingn
- n
- Provide technical documentation,
